
This 4-hour course teaches participants how to respond to airway emergencies in children and is designed for people who care for children, both full-time or occasionally.
The course covers:

CPR and rescue breathing for infants and children

How to recognize and care for breathing and cardiac emergencies in infants and children, ages 12 and younger

How to prevent, prepare for and treat medical emergencies in infants and children

Education regarding bloodborne pathogens and the use of barrier devices
Upon completion, students receive a 2-year certification with certification card and a combination CPR/First Aid student workbook.
Adult CPR training is highly recommended prior to this course.
