Response LifeSafety

In 1996, Fire Captain Brent Rapport recognized the need in the business community for emergency response and safety training. He opened Response LifeSafety with the mission to address this critical gap and provide thorough, cost-effective safety and lifesaving training taught by Firefighters, Paramedics and Emergency Management Technicians.
Response LifeSafety continues to provide emergency training taught by industry professional and offers comprehensive emergency management preparation, training and support services for private corporations as well as public agencies, non-profits and individuals.

Brent Rapport
President and CEO
Fire Captain and Paramedic
For more than 20 years, Brent has served the Santa Clara County Fire Department. First hired as a firefighter and paramedic in 1995, he was promoted to Fire Captain in 2004 and currently serves the Department as a Safety Officer and Field Training Officer.

Luisa Rapport
Vice President
Emergency Manager
Before joining Response LifeSafety, Luisa spent 10 years as a firefighter/engineer. During her time with the fire service, she received specialized training focused on Weapons of Mass Destruction and Radiological Incidents. She holds a Master of Science Degree in Emergency Services Administration and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Professional Studies from Cal State Long Beach.
