Adult CPR

This 4-hour course includes instruction on CPR and rescue breathing for adults, obstructed airway emergencies and choking recognition. Training also covers prevention and treatment of cardiopulmonary emergencies and stroke, education regarding blood borne pathogens, and use of barrier devices.

Includes a comprehensive, illustrated student workbook and 2-year student certification card.

First Aid

This 4-hour course includes instruction on recognizing the signs and symptoms of sudden illness or injury, and how to respond while maintaining your personal safety.

Course also includes head, neck and back injuries, bleeding control, treating victims for shock and common emergency situations/scenarios.

Instructor will discuss what is necessary to prepare for a medical emergency, including real life scenarios.

Includes a comprehensive illustrated student workbook and 2-year certification card.

CPR/First Aid Combo

This 8-hour course provides combined training in Adult CPR and First Aid. The Combo class is a great way to provide participants with complementing curriculum and both sets of skills, including real world scenarios

Includes a combination e-student workbook and 2-year student certification card.

Automated External Defibrillator (AED) Training

This course teaches individuals currently certified in CPR the skills and knowledge necessary to provide care for victims of sudden cardiac arrest, through the safe use of an automated external defibrillator (AED)

Certification Class is 4 hours and included hands-on training, safety considerations, and scenarios using the AED

Includes a comprehensive, illustrated student workbook and 2-year student certification card.

Familiarization Class is a 2-hour course that gives the student an overview of safety considerations and operation of the AED.

Infant and Child Wellness

This 4-hour course is designed for those who care for children, both full-time or occasionally. Course teaches participants how to recognize and care for breathing and cardiac emergencies in infants and children, ages 12 and younger. The class emphasizes prevention, preparation and treatment of medical emergencies for infants and children.

Includes a combination CPR/First Aid student workbook, and 2-year student certification card.

Adult CPR training is highly recommended prior to this course.

Disaster Preparedness

This 4-hour course includes training preparation necessary for an effective response to natural, technological, and human-caused disasters.
The course is tailor-made to your specific needs. Building evacuations, fire extinguisher training, and earthquake preparedness are a few examples of available training material.

MERT/ERT Training and Drills

Medical Emergency Response Team (MERT) and Emergency Response Team (ERT) training available to all levels including Hazardous Materials Responder, Incident Command System (ICS), and Confined Space.

Fire Protection & Safety

This 4-hour course includes Fire Extinguisher selection and safety and provides students the opportunity to practice the use of fire extinguishers.

The class also includes treatment of burn injuries and fire prevention in the home and workplace.
